This Privacy Policy explains how CityZoo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, connect a TikTok account, or use our wildlife content upload and publishing features.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate CityZoo, support account connection, and provide requested content features. This may include:

• Basic contact information if you email us or request support.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, page requests, and timestamps.
• Service activity such as connection status, upload status, publishing status, and error logs.
• Content metadata such as video file names, captions, hashtags, scheduling choices, and publication settings if you use those features.

2. TikTok OAuth Data

When you connect a TikTok account, TikTok may provide CityZoo with OAuth data permitted by the scopes you approve. This may include a TikTok open ID, basic profile information, access token, refresh token, token expiry details, and permissions for video upload or video publishing.

CityZoo uses TikTok OAuth data only to identify the connected account, check connection status, upload prepared videos, and publish videos that are authorized through the service. We do not sell TikTok account data.

3. Tokens and Posting Permissions

Access tokens and refresh tokens are used to make authorized requests to TikTok APIs. We store tokens only for as long as needed to provide connected-account functionality, maintain connection status, or complete upload and publishing actions requested by the creator.

You can revoke CityZoo's TikTok access from your TikTok account settings. You can also contact us to request deletion of token records associated with your account.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the CityZoo website and related services.
• Connect your TikTok account after you authorize access.
• Upload prepared videos and publish approved posts through TikTok APIs.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot errors.
• Monitor abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with platform or legal requirements.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. OAuth tokens may be deleted when you revoke access, disconnect your account, or ask us to delete them.

To request deletion of data associated with you or your TikTok connection, email admin@mybellon.com. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate relevant records.

6. Third-Party Processors and Services

CityZoo may use third-party infrastructure and services to host the website, store files, process logs, deliver content, send emails, or connect to TikTok APIs. These providers process information only as needed to support CityZoo operations.

TikTok receives information when you connect your account or when an authorized upload or publishing request is sent to TikTok. TikTok's handling of information is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy and platform terms.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep their own accounts and devices protected.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

CityZoo may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality, session handling, security, and diagnostics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect some features.

9. Children's Privacy
