These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CityZoo, a wildlife content service that helps creators prepare, upload, and publish animal-themed video content to connected social accounts. By using CityZoo, you agree to these terms.

1. The CityZoo Service

CityZoo provides a website, account connection flow, and related tools for wildlife video content. The service may help a creator connect a TikTok account, upload prepared videos, and publish approved posts after the creator authorizes the required permissions.

CityZoo is not owned by or affiliated with TikTok. TikTok features are provided through TikTok APIs and are subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, and platform rules.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of CityZoo and for any content you choose to upload, approve, schedule, or publish through the service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account access secure, and use CityZoo only for lawful purposes.

You must ensure that any content you publish complies with applicable law, third-party rights, TikTok policies, and any other platform rules that apply to the destination account.

3. TikTok Account Connection and API Permissions

If you choose to connect a TikTok account, CityZoo may request TikTok permissions such as basic profile access, video upload, and video publishing. These permissions are used only to identify the connected account and to upload or publish videos that you authorize through CityZoo.

You can revoke CityZoo's access from your TikTok account settings or by contacting us. If you revoke access, TikTok-related features may stop working until you reconnect your account.

4. Content Posting and Creator Approval

CityZoo is designed to support prepared wildlife content workflows. Depending on the feature and permissions granted, videos may be uploaded as drafts or posted after the creator gives authorization. You remain responsible for reviewing captions, hashtags, video content, and publication settings before posting.

We may refuse, remove, pause, or cancel uploads or posts that appear to violate these terms, platform policies, or legal requirements.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

CityZoo, including its name, logo, website design, software, and original materials, is owned by CityZoo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

When you provide content to CityZoo, you represent that you have the rights needed to use that content. You grant CityZoo a limited license to host, process, format, upload, and publish that content solely to provide the service you requested.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CityZoo to:

• Upload, publish, or promote illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
• Violate the rights of another person, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Interfere with CityZoo, TikTok APIs, or any connected platform.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authorization screens, or platform review requirements.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or control of a social media account.

7. Third-Party Services

CityZoo may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, review decisions, or account actions taken by those services.

8. Disclaimers

CityZoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, follower growth, engagement, monetization, approval by TikTok, or any specific performance result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityZoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, platform removals, or business interruption related to use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CityZoo if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or users, or used the service in a way that could violate law or third-party platform policies. You may stop using CityZoo at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of CityZoo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
